We must create safe, inclusive spaces that make yoga accessible to everyone, regardless of privilege.

Zarahlena is a Mexican-German artist and yoga instructor based in Berlin. She had her first contact with Yoga in 2009, and it was until 2017 that she decided to give her practice more formality.
In Spring 2018, she got certified in 200h Hatha Vinyasa in Mexico City.
Since then, she has continued her education with several international teachers in Mobility, Tantric Yoga, Vinyasa, and Ashtanga Vinyasa.
In November 2020 she graduated in 540h Hatha Yoga, with the main focus on Mobility and Sequencing.
Her lessons are a mix of different influences, which she learns as a constant student. Experimental, dynamic, powerful, but with room for relaxation, Zarahlena offers Yoga classes with detailed alignment, flow and variations for everyone.
It is essential to her to create a safe place where everyone feels welcome, regardless of privileges.

Zarahlena teaches in German, English, and Spanish.
